Marine turtle report card

The authorities in Vietnam are making patchy progress in tackling marine turtle crime. Could do better if they applied themselves a bit more.

This is the broad conclusion of ENV’s report card on marine turtle crime which surveyed five major countries across the country and found authorities scored 56% in reducing violations.
